Note: To mount internal storage in TWRP Recovery, Click on Wipe > Format Data > Type "yes" and Click on Ok. Then Reboot into Recovery. Now your Internal Storage is Mounted in TWRP. But it will format whole internal storage so make a backup before doing this.

Change Flashlight Toggle Like This

 

How to Install Rom

1. Reboot to TWRP Recovery (If not installed visit below link)  

How to install TWRP on Q Mobile Noir E2   

2. Backup Stock Rom (System, Data and Boot)

3. Wipe Delvick, System, Cache and Data

4. Install Custom Rom Hi OS

5. Reboot to System

6. Enjoy 

Note: Panasonic Eluga A3 Users have to flash Sim Patch After Installing Rom.

Note: First Boot will take about 5 minutes.
